About Layover
Layover exists to make every airport experience better -- for travelers and the organizations that serve them.
Why we built this
Built by a frequent flyer who was tired of guessing. Layover started at DFW International Airport with a simple idea: what if travelers could share what they see, and everyone behind them could benefit?
Every airport trip involves the same questions. How long is security? Is the lounge crowded? Where is good food near my gate? How long will it take to walk to my connection? These answers exist -- they are just trapped in the heads of the travelers who are already there.
Layover unlocks that intelligence. Travelers contribute real-time observations. AI structures the data. The community validates it. And everyone gets a smarter airport experience.

Values
Accuracy over volume
We would rather have 10 verified reports than 100 unverified ones.
Privacy by design
Individual traveler data is never disclosed. Enterprise analytics are always aggregated and anonymized.
Community first
Every product decision starts with: does this make the community better?
